Op. 396, etc. b. of a physician, administer, ὅσων τῷ κάμνοντι δεῖ Ph. 1.253; give afterwards, τροφὴν προδόντες ἐπιδιδόασι τὸν ἐλλέβορον Dsc. 4.148. 2. give in dowry, ὅσσʼ οὔ πώ τις ἑῇ ἐπέδωκε θυγατρί Il. 9.148, cf.
