(sc. χρόνον or βίον), spend time in a place, αὐτόθι D. 33.5; τῇ χώρᾳ Plb. 3.88.1, etc.; ἐν τόπῳ D.S. 5.44; ἀνθρωπίσκοις among them, Luc.
