Pol. 1252a8, etc. : Sup., [κτημάτων] τὸ βέλτιστον καὶ -ώτατον, of man, Phld. Oec.p.30 J. : hence, thrifty, frugal, economical, X. Mem. 4.2.39, Phylarch. 65 J.
