μύρω [ῡ], Ep. Verb, Act. only impf., A. flow, trickle, δάκρυσι μῦρον they trickled with tears, of poisoned arrows, Hes. Sc. 132. II. elsewh. always in Med. μύρομαι (in early Ep. only pres. and impf.), melt into tears, shed tears, πολέες δʼ ἀμφʼ αὐτὸν ἑταῖροι μύρονθʼ Il. 19.6; κλαίοντέ τε μυρομένω τε 22.427; γοόωσά τε μυρομένη τε 6.373, cf.
