Lacedaemon, the capital of Laconia, Od. 13.414, etc.; also, Laconia itself, Il. 2.581, 1.67, etc.: also as Adj., Διὸς Λακεδαίμονος 6.56; Λ. γῆς Hel. 474:—but regul. Adj.
