καταψηφίζομαι, fut. -ιοῦμαι 12.90:—A. vote against or in condemnation of, τινος 1.12, 10.31, Ap. 36a, 41d, Ap. 32: metaph., τῆς ψυχῆς 159; κ. τινὸς θάνατον pass a vote of death against him, 12.100; κατεψηφισμένοι αὐτοῦ θάνατον HG 1.5.19; κ. τινὸς δειλίαν, κλοπήν, find him guilty of cowardice, of theft, 14.11, Grg. 516a; ἀδικίαν ὑμῶν αὐτῶν 15.297: abs., οἱ -ψηφισάμενοι δικασταί Lg. 878d: later in pf.
