εὐσχήμων, ον, gen. ονος, (σχῆμα) A. elegant in figure, mien and bearing, graceful, opp. ἀσχήμων, R. 413e, al.; ἀλεκτρυών 108; τὰ εὐ. ἡμῶν (sc. μόρια) 1 Ep.Cor. 12.24: Comp. -έστερος more respectable, R. 554e: Sup. -έστατοι, πονεῖν ἵπποι Eq. 11.12. 2. in bad sense, with an outside show of goodness, specious in behaviour, εἴς τινα Med. 584.
