αὖ, Adv. of repeated action, A. again, anew, afresh, once more, Il. 1.540, etc.: freq. after numerals, δεύτερον αὖ, τρίτον αὖ, etc., Hom.; τὸν δὲ πέμπτον αὖ λέγω A. Th. 526, cf. Ch. 1066 (lyr.); in a question, expressing impatience, τίς δὴ αὖ τοι . . ; Il. 1.540. II. generally, again, i.e. further, moreover, ib.2.493, etc.; καὶ ἔτι γε αὖ Pl.
