ἄμοιρος, ον, (cf. ἄμμορος) A. without lot or share in thing, τινός Th. 733, Eu. 353, etc.; mostly of those bereft of some good, τῶν καλῶν καὶ ἀγαθῶν ἄ. Smp. 202d; τῆς τοῦ θείου συνουσίας Phd. 83e; τῆς ἀρετῆς EN 1102b12:—rarely, freed from some evil, ἄ. ὕβρεως, μεταβολῆς, Smp. 181c, Plt. 269e; τοῦ γήρως 9.71. 2. abs., portionless, Ph. 610, Smp. 197d:—ofthings, ἄχωρακαὶ ἄ.
