ἀεκούσιος, ον (also α, ον Syr.D. 18), Ion. and Ep. (also in anap., Tr. 1263); Att. contr. ἀκούσιος [ᾱ], ον, also in 240:—A. against the will, constrained, of acts or their consequences, καὶ τῷ οὔ κως ἀεκ. ἐγίνετο τὸ ποιεύμενον 2.162; τλήσομαι . . ἀεκούσια πολλὰ βίαια 1343; ἐς ἀ. ἀνάγκας πίπτειν 3.82; πόνοι l.c.; often in Att. of involuntary offences, ἀ. φόνος 3.2.6; πράκτορες τῶν ἀκουσίων ib., cf.
